Terms and conditions for booking

Early Checkin must be arranged prior to date of check-in.

Late checkout must be arranged prior to check-in.

Our accommodation is strictly NON-SMOKING!

Penalties apply for smoking within the premises.

Please read our non-smoking policy and agree to the terms and conditions.

Non-Smoking Policy in line with NSW law of smoking banned in public shared environment. Other guests won’t appreciate smoking and neither do we as managers.
We aim to keep the air clear for the enjoyment of all.
$150 minimum charge for smoking within the premises to cover additional cleaning cost.

Please respect our property and leave it clean and tidy as possible.

Booking payments are refundable minus admin fee of 5% from the total value of the booking, up until 24 hours prior to checkin.

Late cancellation within 24 hours of arrival or no show equals no refund.

If you require a late cancellation due to have extenuating circumstances, please contact us by phone to discuss and we will see what we can do.
